My family and I went for our mothers birthday and had a fantastic time. We live nearby and have been wanting to try here for awhile. All the food was delicious, fresh, and the flavors all paired well together. For most of my family this was all our first time trying central Asian food and are so happy to have a small slice here in Altamonte. Cannot wait to return in the future!

Had a great experience here. We ordered several different kebabs, manty, and samsy, and everything was delicious. The red sauce that came with the food was especially good and went perfectly with the kebabs. The chai was also excellent, with mint and fruit that gave it a really fresh flavor. You can tell the food is made with care and tastes authentic. What stood out the most was how welcoming everyone was. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and comfortable. If you're looking for authentic Kyrgyz food and genuine hospitality, I definitely recommend stopping by. We'll be back.

The best meal I’ve had in Orlando in a long time. I came with my family, and we had beef manti, pumpkin manti, shawarma, and something like a pumpkin borek. To finish, we had baklava, honey cake, and a soft dessert filled with pistachios. I’ve honestly never had shawarma this good before. It was incredibly tender, and the filling was amazing. I saw some people leaving bad reviews because of the wait, but honestly, this is not a fast-food place. The owner prepares everything fresh himself. Anyone expecting super-fast food and service should go to McDonald’s. Thank you!

This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Orlando, especially for Kyrgyz and Uzbek cuisine. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The Tashkent tea stands out right away as rich, aromatic, and served with in a transparent pot that shows off the mint and fruit and feels like an experience on its own. The sajj arrives with a beautiful presentation and generous portions, and it tastes just as good as it looks. The salads are always fresh and vibrant, and the kebabs are consistently juicy with just the right balance of spices. I also love the manty beef, it is comforting, flavorful, and satisfying. The plov is another highlight, served warm in a hearty portion that really hits the spot when you’re craving something filling and traditional. For dessert, the baklava is my favorite, not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced and delicious. Beyond the food, the staff truly make the experience special. They’re attentive, kind, and create a welcoming atmosphere that feels like dining with family. Parking is always easy with plenty of space, which makes coming back again and again even better.

Absolutely delightful experience at Chayhana! Exceptional *customer service* made us feel right at home. The *food was fantastic*, clearly made *from scratch* with love and care – totally worth the wait. I highly enjoyed the *baked shawarma* and *beef samsa*, both were a *10/10*. The *atmosphere* was wonderful too – great *ambiance*. Definitely *worth a return visit* and a drive out of my way for more. Highly recommend!
